<Job Responsibilities> This position is expected to be the manager of the Hanoi base. *Even if you have no management experience, you can apply if you have the experience and motivation. The clients are Japanese factories. Currently, the main work is sales, maintenance, and repair of equipment (mainly machinery). Currently, there is no one in the Hanoi office. The Japanese general manager is in charge on a business trip. This is a recruitment to expand the Hanoi office. 1. Sales *As there are currently few projects, you will approach CLs as a salesperson and work to win projects. - Visit customers and gather information (mainly existing customers) - Customer support - Respond to inquiries *Sales incentives available 2. Site management - Management of machinery and equipment construction at construction sites - Maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment - Work and instructions for other subcontractors - Construction, safety, quality, and delivery date management 3. Drafting using Auto CAD - Creation and checking of machinery (electrical) construction drawings 4. Other clerical work such as design and cost estimation *Support from Ho Chi Minh 5. Other assigned tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Bachelor degree ・Gender: Male preferred ・Age: 28-45 years old ・Experience: 5+ years of experience in Mechanical equipment (air conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, electrical equipment, elevator equipment, etc.) ・Experience: working for a Japanese general contractor ・Language: English or Japanese, Intermediate Level (Internal and Customer use) ・Can use CAD for drawing ・Other: Can try sales and wants to managea branch office. < Preferred Skill> ・Sales experience ・Management experience ・MEP (electrical engineer) experience ・Estimation and design experience ・Construction drawings described in Japanese are readable.
