<Job description> 1. Ability to plan and to set strategy to convince targeted architects to specify company's products for their projects. - Identify key architects, design consultants, owner, developers who are contributing the major projects in construction industry. - Classify the target architects, design consultants, owner, developers. - Do frequently visiting of architects, design consultants, owner, developers. - Understand deeply customer needs and offer the suitable product. 2. Establish strong business relationship with key project specifiers - Visit &maintain visibility at targeted specifiers - Identify who should be the focused customers 3. Perform consultancy for specific projects and do some necessary activities - Organize product introduction workshops, seminars, etc - Decide proper sponsor activities for specifiers 4.Proactively provide technical specifications and typical drawings to effectively support the sales team to increase Receive order. - Maintain good relationship with architects, design consultants, owner, developers. - Approach projects timely to provide excellent solutions - Coordinate between Sales Team＆ architects, design consultants, owner, developers. 5. Set up documents for presentations, uploading advertisements to social networking sites, updating catalogs, company profiles, etc.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill/ Experience> - Graduated from college and above (majoring in economics or related majors) - English - Business level or Japanese - Business level (for internal communication) - Have 3 years of working experience in Sales or Marketing positions related to construction fields - Have relationships in the architects, design consultants, owner, developers. - Understanding of business and marketing - Experience in sales and marketing <Preffered personality> - Have good communication skills, dynamic and creative - Presentation Skill - Able to work independently and in groups - Ethics/Personal reputation/Long-term commitment/Having a clear work perspective or work orientation
