Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan and manage projects related to film release and distribution
- Handle localization for local markets (translation supervision, content adaptation, promotional materials, etc.)
- Develop marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and evaluate results
- Plan and execute promotions using SNS, advertising, PR, and events
- Organize screening events, fan engagement activities, and partnership campaigns
- Coordinate and communicate with licensors, production companies, and distributors
- Collaborate with internal departments and manage project timelines
- Support various projects as instructed by supervisors
- Handle other tasks related to the film business
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Language: English - Business level
・Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing planning and execution in content industries (film, drama, games, card games, etc.)
- Experience in driving projects involving both internal and external stakeholders
- Practical experience not only in production but also in promotion, planning, and project management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in the film industry
・Experience in content localization
・Experience working at distributors, production companies, licensing companies, game companies, or advertising agencies
・Experience in event planning and PR campaigns
