Job Description

<Position Objective/Expectation>
As a member of a newly established project team, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies for products utilizing Japanese IP.
This role requires designing and driving strategic marketing and branding initiatives based on sales performance and market data, without being constrained by existing methods.
You will work closely with internal teams including sales, planning, creative, and film-related divisions, as well as collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders such as IP licensors and external partners for tie-up projects.
We are seeking an immediately effective professional who can leverage their past experience and contribute proactively.

<Job Responsibilities>
・Conduct market research in the Vietnamese market (including market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing analysis)
・Develop marketing and branding strategies based on the characteristics of each IP
・Plan and execute sales promotion and awareness initiatives for distributors and retail partners
・Develop tie-up project proposals and outreach strategies with corporate partners
・Prepare proposal materials and presentation decks for various stakeholders
・Analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and propose improvements
・Work closely with internal sales, creative, and film teams

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: English - Business Level (for meetings, presentations, and document preparation)
・Experience: 
         ・Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm marketing nhắm tới đại lý/nhà phân phối trong lĩnh vực đồ chơi hoặc hàng tiêu dùng.
         ・Có khả năng xây dựng chiến lược marketing dựa trên dữ liệu thị trường và phân tích.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với đồ chơi hoặc sản phẩm liên quan đến nhân vật (character).
・Có kinh nghiệm marketing nội bộ (internal marketing).
・Có kinh nghiệm trong vai trò bán hàng hoặc lập kế hoạch bán hàng.
・Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực IP hoặc licensing.
・Có kinh nghiệm hợp tác, làm việc với các công ty bán lẻ.
