Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Strategic Planning & Execution: - Supporting Manager in completing agreed activities. - Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscapes. - Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.). 2. Design & Content Creation & Management: - Design sales kits, sales tools as required periodically. - Develop marketing content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising materials. - Manage and optimize the company's website and social media presence. 3. Collaboration & Communication: - Work closely with sales, products, and other teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. - Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, vendors, and other stakeholders. 4. Event Management: Plan and execute marketing events (if any). 5. Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets. 6. Planning Supporting: Follow directions from Line Manager to complete all documentation, logistics, and purchases with partners/vendors. 7. Other tasks: as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related fields. ・Gender: female only ・Age: 23 - 30 ・Language: English at Intermediate level ・Experience: Have working experience or experience from working as a student in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or content creation. ・Other: - Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and principles. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools) - Proficiency in design, copywriting, MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel - Project management skills. <Preferred personality> ・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
