<Job Responsibilities> 1. Strategic Marketing ● Develop and execute overall marketing strategies for: IT Solutions, Software Development Services, Tech Academy ● Define customer segmentation, ICPs, buyer journeys, and positioning ● Build scalable growth and brand awareness strategies aligned with business objectives 2. B2B Lead Generation ● Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns through: LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, Webinar/Event Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Advertising, Partnerships & Community Building ● Optimize the funnel from: Awareness → Lead → Opportunity → Customer ● Collaborate closely with the Sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates 3. Brand & Content ● Develop and oversee content strategies including: Tech insights, Case studies, Founder/Expert branding, AI & Software trends, Academy-related content ● Manage social media, website presence, and overall digital branding ● Strengthen the company’s positioning within the technology ecosystem 4. Academy Growth ● Drive student acquisition strategies for technology training programs in: AI, Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, DevOps/Cloud ● Build and grow learner communities and tech ecosystems ● Organize workshops, webinars, events, and hackathons 5. Team Leadership & Performance ● Lead and develop the Marketing team across: Content, Design, Performance Marketing, Media/Event ● Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems ● Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
Job Requirement
<Required Skills/Experience> - Bachelor's Degree - Experience: + From 4 Years of Experience in Marketing Strategy Development + From 2 Years of Practical Experience in Leadership or Management Positions + Experience in one or more of the following industries: IT Services, Software Outsourcing, SaaS, AI/Technology Startups, EdTech - Language: Japanese - Business Level OR English - Business Level candidates can apply if having extensive marketing experience in the IT industry <Other skills> - Deep Understanding of B2B Marketing Funnels and Growth Strategies - Ability to Combine Strategic Thinking with Practical Execution - Market Research Experience <Preferred Skills/Experience> - Experience in Founder Branding or Expert Branding - Understanding of Developer and Technology Communities - Experience in Community Building or Planning/Managing Technology Events - Practical Experience in LinkedIn Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO & Content Marketing, and Marketing Automation - High-Level English Communication Skills
