<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage the marketing strategy for sales through e-commerce channels.

• Monitor campaign pacing, cost, and performance; identify early signs of underperformance.
• Set and manage advertising budgets for major campaigns.
• Execute and optimize performance marketing
• Conduct external platform advertisements and support ad discovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing goals.
• Provide regular campaign performance reports and improvement suggestions.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (Marketing or related major)
・Language: English - Business Level or above
・Experience: Experience in e-commerce business
- Having good knowledge & experience in EC Marketing
- Hands-on experience in digital advertising
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Good knowledge of EC business
・Others:
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic data reporting.
- Have good PC Skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having knowledge of consumer business (Retail sales, EC sales, etc.)
