Job Description
<Job Duties> - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the new shopping center project, covering pre-launch to post-opening phases. - Additionally, during the pre-opening of a new project, will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies for our existing commercial properties. - Coordinate with external vendors/agencies for advertising, events, digital marketing, and PR activities. - Implement and monitor marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with each project's objectives and timelines. - Plan, coordinate, and propose ideas for event spaces, pods, and kiosks within the mall; assist in managing casual leasing activities after project launch. - Provide training, coaching, and guidance to the marketing team to strengthen their skills and ensure effective execution. - Develop marketing budgets and track expenditures, ensuring proposals are aligned with financial objectives for management approval. - Build and maintain working relationships with tenants, partners, and vendors to support marketing and casual leasing initiatives, under the Head’s overall direction
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in marketing management in retail, shopping center, or real estate industries. - Having management skills - Skill: Project management, communication, strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, leadership <Persanality>: - Detail-oriented, result-driven, customer-focused. - Energetic, open-minded, able to work under pressure. - High responsibility and ownership. - Passionate about real estate, retail, and lifestyle industries.
