Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Build up relationships with current customers.
- Develop new potential customers (Especially in the Food Industry). *Duty ratio: Current Clients 20%, New Clients 80%
- Report to the Chief Representative
- Plan and give presentations by collaborating with the R&D team.
- Communicate with R&D and subsidiaries (in Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand) to give solutions for the customers' and internal inquiries
- Other tasks assigned by the Japanese Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・English skill: Business level for both internal and external communication
(Mainly communication with Japanese, Singaporean, Indonesian, Thai, Filipino, etc.)
・Experiences:
- At least 3 years of working experience as a Sales (B2B) in flavor, fragrance, food additives, or the food industry
- Having experience in developing new clients or connections with them.
- Having working experience with Sales activities with Beverage companies or related Fragrance in the food Ingredients Industry.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Work experience in the Fragrance and Flavor Industry will be highly welcomed.
・ Bachelor's degree in a related major (Chemical, Flavor, Food chemistry, etc.)
・ Speaking Japanese with intermediate level(equivalent to N2)
・ Having worked at Japanese companies
