Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Team Management & Leadership - Lead and manage the technical maintenance team (5~10 members), including task assignment, progress monitoring, and performance evaluation (KPIs) for each engineer and technician. - Provide training, coaching, and professional development to enhance technical competencies and workplace safety awareness among team members. - Conduct periodic skills assessments for all team members. 2. Industrial Laundry Equipment Maintenance Management - Develop and implement preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance programs for all industrial laundry equipment, including industrial washing machines, extractors, dryers, flatwork ironers, automatic folding machines, and related systems. - Directly oversee troubleshooting activities and provide rapid-response solutions for complex mechanical, electrical, and control system failures to minimize equipment downtime and maximize Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). - Manage, operate, and maintain critical utility systems within the laundry facility, including steam boiler systems, water supply and wastewater treatment systems, compressed air systems, and power distribution systems. 3. Facility Infrastructure Management - Supervise and maintain all factory infrastructure systems, including building facilities, lighting, ventilation, and fire protection systems, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with industry standards. - Manage spare parts inventory effectively, ensuring the availability of critical replacement components while maintaining inventory levels within approved cost limits. 4. Continuous Improvement & Reporting - Research and propose technology improvement initiatives and equipment upgrades aimed at reducing energy consumption (electricity, water, and steam) and optimizing operational costs. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement permanent corrective actions. - Develop, review, and continuously improve technical procedures and maintenance processes. - Prepare periodic reports on maintenance costs, equipment status, and budget planning for senior management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Gender: Male preferred - Age: Under 50 years old - Education: Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related technical disciplines - Language: None - Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering (M&E), including at least 2 years in a Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, Team Leader, or Department Head role within a manufacturing environment. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Preference for candidates with direct experience in industrial laundry operations, textile dyeing facilities, or factories operating large-scale boiler and water treatment systems.
