Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of all equipment within the factory. Specifically: ・Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and part replacements on production equipment (primarily machinery) ・Identifying causes and performing repairs when equipment malfunctions occur ・Adjusting equipment precision and confirming operational readiness ・Managing water supply and piping systems ・Inspecting and maintaining air conditioning systems ・Conducting equipment safety checks and proposing improvements ・Creating maintenance records and reporting to supervisors One maintenance leader is stationed within the company; you will proceed with tasks under their direction. The role primarily involves hands-on field work, collaborating with other departments (such as production) to support stable equipment operation.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: High school and above ・Gender: Any ・Age: 24 - 40 years old ・Fpreign Language: Not required ・Experience: Have 3+ years of experience managing and maintaining factory equipment (especially mechanical equipment) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have English or Japanese skills ・Experience with press equipment or metal heat treatment equipment ・Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role
