Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation> To collect and analyze equipment data, perform reliability analyses (FMEA/RCA), track KPIs, and develop data-driven maintenance strategies to optimize asset performance, ensure compliance, and minimize downtime in instant coffee production. <Job Responsibilities> - Monitor, collect, and record machine and equipment operational and downtime data. - Analyze machine and equipment performance to detect abnormalities and identify inefficiencies for continuous improvement. - Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Weibull Analysis to produce meaningful reports that help Managers/Supervisors identify, mitigate, and manage risks. - Contribute to the development of maintenance strategies (including condition-based maintenance and vibration monitoring) to ensure asset longevity. - Record and track key maintenance KPIs (such as MTTR, MTBF, PM%, BF). - Create, modify, and update interactive dashboards using Power BI. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reliability reports and data trends. - Propose improvement initiatives based on collected and analyzed data.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - University degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Electromechanical, Industrial, Reliability Engineering, etc.). - Experience: 1 year of relevant experience in reliability engineering, including: - Proficiency in Power BI. - Proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems <Preferable Skill/ Experience> + Experience in monitoring, collecting, and analyzing machine and equipment operational and downtime data. + Experience in performing Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Weibull Analysis. + Experience in contributing to the development of maintenance strategies (e.g., condition-based maintenance, vibration monitoring). + Experience in recording and tracking key maintenance KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, PM%, BF, etc.). + Experience in creating, modifying, and updating interactive dashboards using Power BI. + Experience in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reliability reports and data trends. + Experience in proposing improvement initiatives based on collected and analyzed data. + Ability to ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
