Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Preparing and reviewing shipping documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Contract, Bill of Lading, CO, Phytosanitary certification - Coordinating the transportation of goods, including booking cargo space and arranging for customs clearance - Communicating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other transportation providers to ensure on-time delivery and timely reporting of any delays - Maintaining records of all import and export transactions, including tracking shipments and preparing reports on shipping costs and delivery times - Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations - Resolving issues during the import/export process, such as customs delays or shipment errors - Collecting, arranging, and managing document storage - Reporting promptly to the supervisor and related departments when problems occur
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or any Logistics/ Supply Chain related field. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in import and export - Knowledge of Incoterms, HSCD <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience with EPE is a plus. - Knowledge of VNACCS and ability to use it is a plus. - Experience in warehouse management is a plus
