Job Description

<Job Responsibilities> :
1, Create the salary scale regard to (i) market of position; (ii) personal ability and (iii) project s' budget and propose to line Manager for issuance and applying for each project ;												
2, Create and propose the policy about labor laws; allowance and benefit; rewards and discipline (base on managers' requirement; group's orientation; regard to laws; update/follow the market; etc…) to line Manager for issuance and applying for each project ; be responsible on total rewards															
3, "In charge of salary calculation and disbursement; 
Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law;"							
Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report.							
4, Create periodic evaluation form for each job positions then propose to line Manager for issuance and applying for each project;												
5, Systemize qualify of employee for group, make sure the consistence of work capacity between projects within group; 							
Survey and create plan for developing team (training and improving of projects' culture);							
6, Update the current policies (Working time policy...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures…) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.															
7, Build up and control budget; update and report as per requirements;													
8, Coordinate with other team member to work smoothly and overall reviewing other tasks of other team member before propose to line Manager.


Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: University Graduation
・Age: 28 - 40
・Gender: Any 
・Language: English at business level
・Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience at the same position in the commercial area ( focus on Building-Office & retails operation, property management)
- Proficient in C&B and Building up Policy.
- Good at Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
