<Job Responsibilities>
1. Sales Team Administration & Coordination:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate client information, sales activities, and pipeline progress.
• Process sales orders, generate quotes, and manage sales documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with other internal departments to facilitate seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
2. Communication & Translation:
• Act as a primary point of contact for Korean-speaking clients, responding to inquiries and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
• Translate business-related documents, presentations, and reports between Korean and the local language.
• Provide interpretation during meetings, presentations, and phone calls with Korean partners or stakeholders.
• Help bridge communication gaps between the sales team and Korean-speaking customers.
3. Customer Service & Support:
• Address customer questions and concerns, and work with the sales team to resolve any issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships by following up on their needs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language:
+ Excellent proficiency in Korean (both written and spoken), with a strong understanding of Korean business culture and etiquette. TOPIK level 3 or higher is often preferred.
+ Proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation. TOEIC score 600 or higher is often preferred.
・Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
・Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
・Proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn
<Preferable experience/skills>
・Prior experience in a sales support, administrative, customer service, or other office role
・Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
・Basic knowledge of the company's industry or products.
・Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
