<Job description> - Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of company products/equipment at customer sites. - Analyze technical issues arising on-site and coordinate with relevant teams to provide feedback for continuous improvement and preventive actions. - Handle technical problems related to after-sales service and ensure timely resolution. - Prepare detailed analysis reports and propose effective corrective solutions. - Develop and implement customer service plans for assigned projects. - Monitor equipment performance and ensure stable and efficient operation in line with customer requirements. - Provide technical support and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure service quality.
Job Requirement
Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Electricity, Automation, or related fields. - Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or servicing electrical/automation equipment is preferred. - Language Skill: Korean Language at Native Level and English Business Level - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel and work at customer sites. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
