Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - General sales activities for retail companies in the MT sector. - Drafting, proposing, and implementing sales promotion plans for each retail industry based on the annual budget (sales and promotional expenses), as well as proposing new products. - Monitoring sales status and reporting market status - Continuous on-site confirmation of the sales floor status - Instruct and execute optimal display to SV(Supervisor) and SR(Sales Representative) to improve the number of delivery stores and sell-outs/stores. - Identifying issues for expanding sales - Gathering information from competitors - Planning and implementation of promotions aimed at expanding sales
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Around 30 years old ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - Experience and success in negotiating new snack & confectionery product listing with MT retailers - Strong relationships with key PIC/decision maker of purchasing Dept at supermarkets. - Practical experience in TTA negotiations.
