Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop effective recruitment channels to find human resources to meet the company needs. - Update recruitment trends, channels, and techniques to suggest improvements to the recruitment process. - Associate with recruitment agencies, develop recruitment methods through recruitment agencies to improve recruitment efficiency, propose and implement recruitment events. - Manage posting on company pages and various media, plan and manage recruiting events and seminars - Monitor and manage the effectiveness of the recruitment and referral process, research and update new hiring methods, and use data to refine and improve the recruitment process. - Support HR in the daily operations of the department and GA work - Be responsible for organizing the company's CSR programs and activities, coordinating with HR & Admin to organize company events and activities to build company culture and connect people. - Propose and implement recruitment plans - Propose initiatives to use recruitment methods to find qualified professionals and diverse talent pools (social media platforms, employee referrals, direct contact recruitment, internet data searching... - Provide in-depth analysis of human resources status, recruitment challenges and resource forecasting for the BOD to propose appropriate action plans.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor degree ・Age: 25~35 ・Gender: Any ・Language: Japanese - more than N2 ・Experience: Having 3 years experience of HR recruitment field (prefer IT industry) ・Having recruitment skill (can make hiring plan, interview ) ・Can work on hiring goals, using KPI target <Preferable Skill / Experience > ・Having N1 Japanese skill ・Having management skill ・Having Experience in IT company as Recruiter
