Java / PHP Project Leader - IT

GENERAL INFORMATION

• Position: JAVA/PHP PROJECT LEADER - IT

• Work Location: HCMC

• Work Time: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm)

JOB DUTIES

• Report to Japanese Technical Manager (male, 30s)

• Project team structure: Project Leader - Senior Developer / Junior Developer (two-way communication directly with overseas clients with support from IT Communicator)

• Job Responsibilities:

• Create work breakdown structure (WBS); set work task appropriately

• Grant chart using Ticket System

• Create testcase; create and repeat Iteration Review multiple times

• Assign detailed tasks to team members; confirm the completion

• Provide work instruction; set priority based on importance level

• Grasp the status of completed tasks correctly and share to members

• Cooperate with IT Communicators to find the appropriate method to communicate with customers and understand their requirements

• Investigate the customer's plan; create a corresponding schedule and follow it

• Minimize "bugs" occurring before delivering products to the client

• Avoid the consuming of customer resources

• If there is new technology necessary for the project, this position must learn to be accustomed to it and provide
  training to team members

• Use the company's provided funds to improve members’ motivation

• Other ad-hoc tasks as per request by Line Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Desirable Background and Experience:

• Qualification: Bachelor Degree in relevant field

• Language skill(s): English business level

• From 2+ years of experience working at similar position in IT outsourcing companies (Japanese ones are more preferable)

• Desirable Characters:

• Gender: Any

• Age: Up to 30

• Personality: creative, resourceful, studious, good teamwork

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
