Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Conduct visual checks of products (scratches, stains, deformation, defects, etc.) ・Perform inspections in accordance with inspection standards and work procedures ・Sort, record, and report defective products ・Enter simple inspection data and prepare basic reports ・Report inspection results to line leaders and quality control staff, and propose improvements ・Support light production line tasks as required <役割> 製造ラインにおける製品の外観検査業務を担当していただきます。 製品の外観チェック（キズ、汚れ、変形、欠陥などの確認） 検査基準書・作業手順書に基づいた検査作業 不良品の選別・記録・報告 簡単な検査データの記入、報告書作成 現場リーダー・品質管理担当への報告、改善提案 製造ラインでの軽作業サポート（必要に応じて）
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 29~38 years old ・Gender: Male only ・Education: College Diploma or Undergraduate Degree ・Experience: Having more than 2 years of experience in managing production lines and workers in the mechanical industry ・Language: Japanese Intermediate level (Be able to communicate with Japanese Manager) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working in a Japanese factory as a technical intern is a plus.
