Job Description
<Expectation> This is a Technical/Engineering Supervisor position in a manufacturing environment. Specifically, the role is responsible for technical management and team supervision related to assembly line machines. <Job Responsibilities> -Manage the technical team, teach subordinates how to do their work, and check work progress. -Fix problems with assembly machines on the production line. -Think about risks in machines and production, and suggest ways to prevent problems. -Receive proposals and give instructions to subordinates when needed. -Collect data about production and machines, and make reports. -Communicate with Japanese managers and headquarters. -Participate in activities to improve work efficiency and product quality.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Robotics, Automation, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics). ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (equivalent to N2). ・Experience: *More than 3 years of experience in any below: - Experience in production technology, installation, and machine operation verification. - Experience in assembling production equipment/machinery (medical devices). - Experience in managing a technical team. ・Ability to communicate and report in Japanese.
