Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Provide technical and operational support to Japanese manufacturing customers (F&B, electronics, mechanics, etc.). 2. Be the person in contact for communication between Japanese customers and internal departments (IT, engineering, product development...). 3. Participate in meetings (online/offline) with customers in Japanese to: - Understand the needs and problems encountered - Advise on solutions suitable for the customer's processes and systems - Analyze and propose solutions based on understanding of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning). - Guide customers on how to use the system, handle incidents (troubleshooting) during the operation process. - Coordinate the implementation of ERP/MRP systems at the factory if there is a new project. - Translate technical documents and user manuals from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa when needed. - Record and report issues and needs for product/service improvement from customers to superiors.
Job Requirement
