Job Description
<Expectation> ・This position involves processing roll-shaped insulation tape into specified lengths and widths. <Job Responsibilities> ・Operate and maintain slitting machines for film or paper materials ・Set up machines and adjust slitting conditions (width, tension, speed, etc.) based on production requirements ・Manage raw material rolls and keep accurate usage and inventory records ・Provide clear instructions to support staff and monitor production workflow ・Perform quality checks on slit products and make minor adjustments as needed ・Record daily production data and report to supervisors ・Communicate regularly with Japanese supervisors and report any issues during the slitting process ・Follow safety protocols and actively participate in 5S and Kaizen improvement activities
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering ・Language: Japanese - Conversational level (N3 level or higher) ・Experience: - Experience in slitting operations for film, paper, or similar roll materials in any industry - Previous role as a team leader or line supervisor in a manufacturing environment - Familiarity with setting up and operating slitting machines, including blade and tension adjustments
