<Job Responsibilities> - Install and set up machinery at client factories - Conduct trial runs, initial settings, and operational checks during machine installation - Provide guidance and explanations to clients regarding machine operation and precautions - Handle regular inspections and maintenance after installation - Troubleshoot and repair machinery issues - Respond to technical inquiries from clients - Support spare parts replacement and consumables management <Attractive Points> - The Vietnam entity has maintained stable profitability and has a very solid business foundation - Since the main clients are Japanese companies, candidates can fully utilize their Japanese language skills - Candidates can develop not only technical skills but also customer service and communication skills, leading to career growth - Even candidates from different industries can challenge themselves if they are interested in machinery and eager to learn <Business Trip> - Business trips to Da Nang or Hanoi approximately 2~3 times per year
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 25~33 years old ・Education: Vocational school graduate or above ・Language: Japanese - Intermediate level (used for internal communication) ・Experience: At least 2 years of experience related to machinery or peripheral equipment in the manufacturing industry ・Comfortable communicating with customers ・Interested in machinery structures and mechanisms <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience in equipment maintenance, machine installation, or maintenance services ・Experience explaining technical matters and dealing with customers <Ideal Candidate> ・Positive and proactive attitude toward work ・Strong communication skills and flexibility in customer support ・Eager to learn and actively absorb new knowledge ・Responsible and able to work positively under pressure
