<Job Responsibilities> • Design character merchandise and packaging • Conduct quality checks and design supervision based on Japanese licensors’ guidelines • Communicate with Japanese licensors for feedback and approvals • Coordinate with MD and production teams to ensure feasibility and scheduling • Propose new ideas and improvements for internal product planning
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Japanese - Business Level and English - Conversational Level ・Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in product or character design ・Skills: • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop • Experience with PowerPoint for proposal or presentation materials • Experience in art direction or licensing work is a plus • Strong interest and sensitivity toward anime, manga, pop culture, and Japanese content • Flexible problem-solving and team collaboration skills
