<Job description> ・Managerial tasks regarding human resources and general administration (including communication with the headquarters in Tokyo) ・Accounting (including communication with the headquarters in Tokyo) ・Supporting Japanese, Vietnamese lawyers and paralegals ・Other matters as assigned by lawyers or the office manager, from time to time
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education background: Bachelor's Degree ・Language skills: English - Business Level (TOEIC from 850, TOEFL iBT from 95, IELTS from 6.5); AND Japanese - Business Level (N1-N2) ・Experience: Prefer 1 year of experience as Secretary or Assistant to Japanese. ・Personality: - Good communication - Being proactive, creative, and responsible - Being capable of working independently, handling multiple tasks effectively - Being strongly interested in HR/Administration tasks
