<Job Responsibilities>
1. HR & Administration Duties
- Maintain and manage company licenses and permits
- Handle overall HR and administrative operations
- Update and monitor legal and regulatory information related to company operations
2. Assistant Secretary Duties
- Arrange and coordinate local support for visitors from Japan
3. Translation & Interpretation Duties
- Translate business documents between Japanese and Vietnamese
- Provide Japanese-Vietnamese interpretation during meetings and internal communications
4. Sales Duties
- Approach customers via phone calls and emails
- Prepare and manage company/client lists
- Accompany sales staff on client visits
5. Marketing Duties
- Conduct market research
- Collect information on potential business partners and target companies
6. Other related duties

・会社の人事総務業務全般
・会社運営に関連する法令情報のアップデート
2. アシスタント秘書業務
・日本からの来訪者の現地アテンド・コーディネート
3.通翻訳業務
・業務用資料の日越翻訳
・商談や社内コミュニケーション時の日越通訳
4.営業業務
・電話・メールでの顧客へのアプローチ
・企業リストの作成
・営業同行
5. マーケティング業務
・市場調査
・取引先候補企業情報の収集
6. その他の付随業務
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese Business level (equivalent to N2)
・Experience:
- Having more than 3 years of experience in a Japanese Consulting company
- Having experience in business matching
- Having experience in translating at a business meeting
(Vietnamese<-> Japanese)
・Have a long-term commitment to work for the company
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Having Japanese N1 certificate
