Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Accompany the manager on sales trips to client sites. - Prepare sales quotations and contracts for equipment and conveyors. - Report sales activities and results to the Japanese headquarters. - Support import/export operations, including documentation and customs coordination. - Provide interpretation and translation for communication between the Japanese manager and local clients/partners. - Handle general administrative and office management tasks. - Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager. - Potentially undertake business trips to Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - University graduate. - Age 25 to 33 years old. - Japanese Business Level (from N2 and above). - English conversational level (capable of reading and making documents). - More than 2 years of experience in sales, sales assistant, or admin roles in a trading or manufacturing company. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Fluent English skills. - Experience in import/export business. - Experience in the mechanical and electrical engineering industry. - Earnest and cheerful personality.
