Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation> To drive business growth through proactive new client acquisition (business development) while managing and expanding relationships with existing clients in the steel processing, casting, machined parts, injection mold, and factory automation machinery sectors, primarily serving Japanese companies. As a trading company handling a wide range of products, you will be responsible for a broad scope of sales activities, primarily focusing on new business development as a sales specialist. You will work closely with Japanese managers and staff to develop business opportunities and acquire new projects. <Job Responsibilities> - Prospect and approach new clients, with business development being the primary task. - Foster and maintain positive relationships with group companies to facilitate new client development. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. - Negotiate contracts with clients. - Prepare and submit quotations. - Perform other sales-related duties as assigned. <Point> - Stable business foundation as part of a major Japanese trading group, offering long-term career growth opportunities in Vietnam’s manufacturing market. - A business development-focused role with strong autonomy to drive sales strategies and expand the market. - Opportunity to gain expertise in growing industries such as steel processing, factory automation, and labor-saving equipment. - Exposure to Japanese manufacturers, allowing you to strengthen your network and develop proposal-based sales skills.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Bachelor's Degree. ・Age: 28 - 35 years old. ・Japanese business level and English conversational level ・At least 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing companies or trading companies dealing with production equipment, automation equipment, and labor-saving machinery. ・Must have experience in developing new clients. ・Has import/export experience. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Strong motivation for sales and business development. ・Expertise and technical knowledge related to production equipment, automation equipment, and labor-saving machinery. ・Connections with parts processing companies/subcontractors. ・Knowledge of injection molding machines and molds.
