<Job Responsibilities>
* The sales effort is focused on new business development
・ Cultivate and find new customers and sell FA equipment
・ Establish relationships with new customers
・ Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
・ Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
・ Identify and respond to client needs for Factory Automation
・ Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products and services, and learn about new products and services as they come in
・ Follow up on customer orders as necessary to Supplier
・ Anticipate the needs of customers and Suggest FA Products accordingly
・ Meet with customers to determine their specific needs and wants, making suggestions as appropriate
・ Attend a weekly sales meeting
・ Appropriate monitoring, reporting, communication, and liaison.
・ Health and safety adherence
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 - 35
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor’s degree
・Language: Japanese - Intermediate Level (above N3)
・Experience:
- More than 3 years experience in Sales or Sales engineering for an FA's components such as "Inverters," "AC servos," and "PLCs,
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Language: English and Japanese- Intermediate Level
・Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
・Strong organizational skills
・ Willingness to absorb new knowledge.
・ Able to follow instructions and take action accordingly
・ Show attention to detail
