Job Description
＜Job Responsibilities＞
・Source raw materials for metal-processed products
・Arrange product processing with OEM factories and manage progress
・Manage orders, delivery arrangements, and export operations to Japan
・Support the Vietnamese manager and the Japanese manager
・Communicate with customers (after becoming familiar with the job)
・Communicate with the Japan head office and report work progress
・Manage market information and supplier/customer data
・Perform other related administrative tasks
Job Requirement
＜Necessary Skills / Experience＞
・Gender: Male preferred
・Age: 27–35
・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
・Language: Business-level Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
・Experience:
- Around 3 years of working experience at a Japanese trading company
- Experience in sourcing/procurement as a sales role,
or
- Even without sales experience, candidates who wish to develop their career as a sales professional in the future
・Personality / Skills
- Honest and responsible
- Good communication skills
- Polite, with a good understanding of Japanese culture and business manners
＜Preferred Skills / Experience＞
- Experience working at a trading company handling metal-processed parts
- Ability to read drawings related to metal processing
- Language: Japanese N1 level
