Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Focus on new client acquisition, mainly targeting local restaurants, cafés, and retail stores.
- Conduct in-person sales visits and meetings with clients to build relationships and close deals.
  (Frequent client visits required; travel by motorbike is necessary.)
- Research potential clients and generate appointments through proactive outreach.
- Propose SNS-based PR and influencer marketing packages (e.g., TikTok, KOC) tailored to client needs.
- Build strong relationships through both professional discussions and friendly communication.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales and incentive goals.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and take initiative to achieve results.
- Collaborate closely with the internal creative and project teams for smooth campaign delivery.
- Provide client feedback and market insights to the Japanese director to improve business strategy.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure strong coordination.

<仕事内容>
・主にローカルのレストラン、カフェ、小売店をターゲットに新規顧客開拓営業を行う。
・顧客への対面営業・商談を中心に、関係構築から契約締結までを担当する。
(店舗訪問が多く発生するため、バイクでの移動が基本となります。)
・見込み顧客をリサーチし、アポイント獲得や新たな営業機会の創出を積極的に行う。
・クライアントのニーズに合わせ、TikTokやKOCなどSNSを活用したPR・マーケティングパッケージを提案する。
・商談では提案力と雑談力のバランスを意識し、信頼関係を構築する。
・契約条件・料金交渉を行い、営業目標およびインセンティブの達成を目指す。
・成果に対して高いモチベーションを持ち、自主的に行動する。
・社内のクリエイティブチームや実行担当者と密に連携し、プロジェクトを円滑に進行させる。
・日本人ディレクターに市場動向や顧客の声を共有し、営業戦略・サービス改善に貢献する。
・社内外との円滑なコミュニケーションを重視し、チームワークを大切に業務を遂行する。

Job Requirement

<Essential Requirements>
- Language: Japanese Business level (equivalent to JLPT N2)
- Experience: 
   - Sales Experience: More than 4 years of sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred)
   - Understands the importance of face-to-face sales and client meetings, and is comfortable with visiting clients in person
   - Experienced in acquiring new clients and securing new appointments

- Work Style / Personality:
   - Highly motivated by performance and able to act proactively to achieve results
   - Responsible and result-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
   - Good communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external teams

- Other:
   - The role mainly involves client visits using a motorbike, so the company is expected to provide support for travel-related expenses (fuel, parking, etc.)

<Preferred Requirements>
- Sales experience in the F&B industry or the digital service industry
- Understanding or interest in SNS marketing, including TikTok and KOC activities
- Comfortable using digital tools with basic digital literacy (no technical expertise required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to balance casual conversation and persuasive proposals
- Capable of managing work schedule independently and efficiently while achieving good results
