Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
・Work with the Japanese director to develop sales plans, conduct customer research, and develop new markets.
・Identify potential customers through information gathering and customer visits.
・Visit customers (2-3 times per week) and build strong relationships.
・Manage team member visits in line with sales plans.
・Negotiate costs with customers.
・Travel with the director.
Job Requirement
Essential Requirements:
・Having working experience as a Sales Assistant Manager or Sales Manager in a General Trading company or a Manufacturing Company for at least 3 years
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or above, License holder is better)
and English - Conversational level (can check email & documents)
・Skills of PC(Word, Excel etc..)
・Personality: Ambition, Positive thinking, Active
・Having set up business planning and managing a business plan with Leadership.
・Having Business development experience
Preferable Requirements:
・Have strong Sales skills
・Having studied abroad experience
・Having knowledge of screw
・Business skills in English
