<Job responsibilities> - Understand and listen to customer needs, thereby providing solutions to customers through sales activities, including steps from the beginning to closing the order - Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan advertising on the SNS platform - Periodically schedule direct meetings with customers to maintain relationships, increase repeat orders, expand market share with old customers, and develop the market to increase new customers - Coordinate closely with the parent company's Sales departments - Engineering - Purchasing to complete business tasks - Build business processes and support the training of sales staff - Have the ability to build and manage KPIs and KGI of the group. - Understand and apply the PDCA process
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: English - Business level and Japanese - Business level ・Experience: Have at least 5 years of B2B business experience (priority given to materials/logistics industry) <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience working with both Japanese and domestic companies ・Experience in SNS / product promotion activities ・Team management experience ・Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment <Preferred personality> ・Flexible thinking, proactive in work, and ready to change, accept new knowledge ・Deep listening and problem analysis skills, able to convert into proposed solutions ・Understanding of the general development direction - the company's mission - and empathy with the company's core values.
