Job Description

<Job responsibilities>
This position is for a sales leader, with the expectation that you will eventually become a manager. Your responsibilities will include acquiring new clients from both Japanese and Vietnamese companies, collaborating with Japanese staff on proposal activities, and marketing. We are looking for someone who can independently develop strategies, innovate, and achieve results. Our company culture encourages challenges and accepts failure.

- Understand and listen to customer needs, thereby providing solutions to customers through sales activities, including steps from the beginning to closing the order
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to plan advertising on the SNS platform
- Periodically schedule direct meetings with customers to maintain relationships, increase repeat orders, expand market share with old customers, and develop the market to increase new customers
-  Coordinate closely with the parent company's Sales departments - Engineering - Purchasing to complete business tasks
-  Build business processes and support the training of sales staff
-  Have the ability to build and manage KPIs and KGI of the group.
-  Understand and apply the PDCA process

- Tìm hiểu, lắng nghe nhu cầu của khách hàng từ đó cung cấp giải pháp cho khách hàng thông qua hoạt động sales bao gồm các bước từ khi bắt đầu cho tới khi chốt đơn hàng
- Phối hợp cùng bộ phận Marketing để lên kế hoạch quảng cáo trên nền tảng SNS
- Định kỳ đặt hẹn gặp trực tiếp khách hàng để duy trì mối quan hệ tăng lượng repeat order, mở rộng thị phần với các khách hàng cũ và phát triển thị trường tăng lượng khách hàng mới
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận kinh doanh của công ty mẹ – Kỹ thuật – Mua hang để hoàn thành công việc kinh doanh
- Xây dựng quy trình kinh doanh và hỗ trợ đào tạo nhân sự sales
- Có khả năng xây dựng và quản lý KPI, KGI của nhóm.
- Hiểu biết và vận dụng được quy trình PDCA

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's Degree 
・Gender: Any
・Age: 27-40years old
・Language: Japanese - Business level and English - Conversational level
・Experience: Have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience for manufacturing, trading, construction or logistics (priority given to Business development experience)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience working with both Japanese and domestic companies
・Experience in SNS / product promotion activities
・Team management experience
・Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment

<Preferred personality>
・Flexible thinking, proactive in work,open for new changes and knowledge
・Deep listening and problem analysis skills, able to convert into proposed solutions
