Job Description
<Responsibilities>
- Sales of decorative films for consumer goods packaging and emblems for cars and motorcycles
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing manufacturing clients
- Develop new clients and explore business opportunities through market research
- Understand customer needs on product specifications, delivery, and pricing, and coordinate with internal teams (technical, production, quality, etc.)
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Plan and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Represent the company at exhibitions and business meetings
- Travel within the country to visit clients and attend meetings

<業務内容>
消費財パッケージ向け装飾フィルムおよび自動車・二輪車用エンブレムの販売活動
既存顧客(製造業中心)との関係構築・深耕営業
新規顧客の開拓および市場調査によるビジネスチャンスの発掘
製品仕様・納期・価格に関する顧客ニーズの把握と社内関連部署(技術・生産・品質管理等)との調整
提案資料・見積書・契約書などの営業関連ドキュメント作成
売上目標の達成に向けた戦略立案と実行
展示会や商談会での製品PRおよび顧客対応
国内出張による顧客訪問および商談活動
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: Japanese: Business level (Equivalent to JLPT N1)
・Experience:
- More than 6 years of experience in B2B sales in the manufacturing industry
・Other:
- Can work independently and actively
- Flexible to travel for business trips
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in a Japanese company
・Strong communication and organizational skills
・Proactive and supportive personality
