Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new customers in the apparel industry - Visit customers and build long-term business relationships - Generate new business through exhibitions, referrals, and online inquiries - Propose OEM solutions based on customer requirements - Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents - Coordinate with Vietnamese factory contacts and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution - Communicate with Japan HQ and group companies regarding projects and customer requirements - Achieve sales targets through proactive business development
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Any education - Japanese (JLPT N2 equivalent) or Business English - At least 3 years of experience in new business sales (any industry) - Proven experience developing new customers independently - Strong interest in the fashion/apparel industry - Stable career history with few job changes <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the apparel industry - Sales experience in fabrics or raw materials - Experience working with garment manufacturers - Merchandiser experience with customer development or business development involvement
