Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Develop new business with apparel brands and garment manufacturers in Vietnam through exhibitions, customer referrals, and online inquiries. - Visit customers to understand their product requirements and propose suitable fabrics and textile solutions. - Promote OEM business by coordinating customer requirements with partner factories. - Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents. - Coordinate with factories regarding product specifications, sampling, production schedules, and quality requirements. - Follow up on production progress, delivery schedules, and customer orders until completion. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular visits and business meetings. - Conduct market research and participate in exhibitions to identify new business opportunities. - Communicate with Japan HQ and overseas group companies regarding customer projects and business opportunities. - Prepare sales reports and perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Any - Language: Japanese (JLPT N2 equivalent) - At least 3 years of experience in new business sales (any industry) - Proven experience developing new customers or vendor independently - Strong interest in the fashion/apparel industry - Stable career history with few job changes - For who has merchandiser experience, developing suppliers or factories experience is required. - Basic MS Office skill <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience in the apparel industry - Sales experience in fabrics or materials - Experience working with garment manufacturers - Business English skill
