Job Description
<Expectation>
This position is assigned to support the administrative tasks of the sales department and take on additional customs clearance tasks.
<Job Responsibilities>
・Document Creation
- Create and manage various business documents.
- Prepare meeting materials and reports.
・Contract Creation
- Create and manage contracts with suppliers.
- Review and update contract details.
・Order Placement
- Place orders for necessary products and confirm delivery dates.
- Create and manage purchase orders.
・Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
- Adjust inventory to prevent shortages or excess.
・Executing customs clearance tasks (import).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language Skills:
- English at Intermediate Level (for external use, reading and writing)
And
- Japanese at Conversational Level (for internal use for speaking)
・Experience
- Over 2 years of working experience as a Sales Assistant or Procurement Staff in any industry.
<Prefer Skill / Experience >
・Having experience in consumer goods, furniture, building materials, or related industries.
・Having work experience in the interior or design industry
・Having at least 2 years of working experience in a Japanese company
