§  Salary range: Gross 14.000.000 - 18.000.000 VND

JOB DUTIES

§  Job Responsibilities:

-       NO business development tasks

-       Daily contact with Japanese corporate clients via phone and email to solve their enquiries

-       Follow up with clients’ requirement; provide them with good customer service

-       Support Japanese Manager when he is in Vietnam on interpretation/translation tasks and/or sales paperwork

-       Give directions to Vietnamese Staff in the office on daily activities

-       Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Japanese Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

§  Desirable Background and Experience:

-       Qualification: Bachelor Degree or Diploma Degree in related fields

-       Language skill(s): Japanese business level; having some English skills is a big plus

-       From 1-2 years of experience working at similar position is preferable

§  Desirable Characters:

-       Gender: Female only

-       Age: Up to 35

-       Willing to go on monthly business trips to Hanoi and HCMC surrounding areas with Japanese Manager
