Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
- Create and manage customer lists (input and update CRM)
- Approach prospects via phone and email
- Coordinate appointments and manage sales meeting schedules
- Respond to inquiries (phone/email) 
- Assisting with sales materials and report creation
- Supporting inside sales KPI management
- Other administrative support tasks within the sales department
- Attending meetings and taking real-time minutes

-  アポイント調整および商談スケジュールの管理 
-  問い合わせ対応(電話/メール)

-  Meetingに同席し、リアルタイムでの議事録作成

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Gender: any, prefer female
・Age: 30 - 35
・Language: Japanese Business Level (N1 equivalent)
・Experience:
- At least 3 years of working experience in inside sales, sales administration, or customer success
- Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet, Mail,...)
- Comfortable with phone support
- Comfortable with data entry into CRM and internal systems
- Capable of performing accurate and meticulous clerical work

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in telephone sales (outbound or inbound)
-  Work experience in the healthcare or IT industry
-  Strong logical thinking and communication skills
-  English proficiency

1. Language and Communication Skills
- Business-level Japanese comprehension: Can accurately interpret conversations between sales representatives, recorded business negotiations, and email content 
- Well-balanced communication skills to understand Japanese sales representatives' intentions while respectfully conveying areas for improvement
- Understanding of nuances unique to Japanese culture (e.g., indirect expressions, reading the room) and ability to provide feedback in an appropriate tone
2. Job Skills and Experience 
- Experience in sales or inside sales: Understands the flow of negotiations and order processes, enabling precise feedback
- Basic design modification skills using tools like Canva
- Proficient in creating and editing documents using Google Docs and Sheets
3. Multitasking Ability
- Capable of simultaneously handling multiple tasks such as sales emails, negotiation feedback, and quote requests 
- Skilled at prioritizing and processing tasks quickly
 4. Task Execution Ability
- Fast and highly accurate in administrative processing
- Responds promptly to requests and completes tasks on schedule
- Possesses the mindset to support the team's sales activities as a “shadow partner”
