<Job Responsibilities>
- Business Development: Proactively build and nurture relationships with new clients, focusing on innovative outreach strategies
- Consulting Expertise: Partner with clients to understand their organizational challenges, diagnose root causes, and deliver actionable solutions tailored to their unique goals.
- Conduct surveys to identify organizational challenges for client companies.
- Propose organizational improvement strategies based on identified strengths and weaknesses.
- Provide hands-on support to implement and sustain improvement initiatives.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Japanese - Business Level (N1 Level) and English - Conversational Level
・Experience: At least 1 year of consulting position or relevant professional experience.
- Fresher is acceptable
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・English or Chinese at Business Level
・Studying abroad in Japan and having experience in working with Japanese companies
- Proven track record in organizational development or talent development projects.
- Hands-on experience in revising and implementing HR systems to drive business success.
- Diagnosing and addressing organizational challenge experience is highly preferred.
