Job Description

<Job Responsibilities>
・Delivery & International Moving Coordination
   - Coordinate import/export moving schedules, transportation, and delivery arrangements.
   - Attend and supervise cargo delivery when necessary.
   - Adjust delivery schedules and coordinate transportation with related parties.
・Customer Support (B2C)
   - Serve as the primary contact for individual customers.
   - Coordinate moving schedules and various arrangements.
   - Respond to customer inquiries and provide after-service support throughout the moving process.
・Business Coordination with Japanese Partners (B2B)
   - Communicate and coordinate with Japanese partner companies and agents.
   - Manage shipment schedules and operational arrangements.
   - Handle email correspondence, information sharing, and progress updates.
・Other Responsibilities
   - Coordinate with local forwarders and service providers.
   - Support documentation and operational administration.
   - Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
   - Occasional business trips to Central Vietnam as required.

・配送・引越し手配業務
   - 輸出入引越貨物の配送・搬入スケジュールの調整
   - 必要に応じた引越貨物の搬入・配送立会い
   - 配送日程や輸送手配の調整
・顧客対応(ToC)
   - 個人顧客の窓口対応
   - 引越し日程や各種手配の調整
   - お問い合わせ対応およびアフターフォロー
・日本側パートナー対応(ToB)
   - 日本側パートナー企業・代理店との連絡・調整
   - 輸送スケジュールや業務調整
   - メールを中心とした情報共有および進捗管理
・その他
   - ローカルフォワーダーや協力会社との調整
   - 各種書類作成およびオペレーションサポート
   - 上司から指示されたその他業務
   - 必要に応じて中部エリアへの出張あり(頻度は高くありません)

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Vocational school diploma or above
・Language:
 - Japanese: Business level (equivalent to JLPT N3 or above)
 - English: Basic level
・Experience:
   - At least 2 years of residence in Japan with work experience (including part-time employment)
   - Experience communicating and coordinating with Japanese colleagues or customers in a business environment
   - Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
   - Experience coordinating schedules or handling administrative/operational support tasks

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience working in the international moving, logistics, or forwarding industry
- Experience working for a Japanese company
- Practical PC skills and familiarity with office software
