Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ➤ This position works 100% remotely ➤ Establishment and operation of a quality control system for each annotation (image, video, text, etc.) project (Vietnamese) ・Continuous feedback and training for external crowdworkers during the project (Vietnamese) ・Designing and monitoring KPIs for project quality and efficiency (Vietnamese) ・Quickly analyzing the cause of defects and proposing and implementing improvements (Vietnamese and Japanese) ・Preparing and submitting quality reports to the PM (Japanese) ・Managing a QA/external crowdworker team (several to 20 people) (Vietnamese) - Communicate promptly with the Japanese Project Manager (PM) and team members via chat tools (Slack), online meetings (Google Meet) （確認・報告・相談） ＊Members from nearby areas meet in person approximately once every 1-3 months.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: College degree and above (Accept temporary graduation) ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: Business level in Japanese (N1 equivalent) ・Experience: Have 3+ years of experience in annotation, BPO, or the IT industry (e.g., as a tester) ・Experience managing tasks using Excel, Google Sheets, etc. ・Proactive approach to business improvement and training ・Good communication skills <Preferred Skill / Experience> ・Experience working for a Japanese company or on a Japanese-affiliated project ・Experience creating or revising annotation guidelines ・Team management experience (regardless of size) ・Familiarity with IT, AI, and data-related projects ・Remote/multi-location team management Desired candidate personality> ・Ability to structurally consider "why an error occurred" ・Attention to detail while maintaining an awareness of overall optimization ・A mindset that supports staff growth ・Ability to proactively work on business improvement
