Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage quality of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods: Control and ensure the quality of incoming raw materials, semi-finished products, and outgoing finished products at the factory in accordance with specified technical standards - Assign and manage QC personnel: Coordinate, divide tasks according to each production stage, and supervise the work efficiency of QC staff - Manage records and quality reports: Collect, compile data, store documents belonging to the QC department, and prepare periodic/unscheduled quality reports for superiors - Implement directives from superiors: Receive, plan, and strictly implement instructions and assigned tasks from Management/Department Head ＜仕事内容＞ ・原材料・半製品・完成品の品質管理 - 工場における原材料、半製品、完成品の品質を技術基準に基づいて管理・確認し、品質基準を満たしていることを保証する ・QCスタッフのマネジメント - 生産工程ごとにQCスタッフへ業務を割り振り、進捗管理や業務指導を行い、チーム全体の業務効率向上を図る 品質関連資料・レポートの管理 ・QC部門の各種データを収集・集計し、品質記録や関連書類を適切に管理するとともに、定期・臨時の品質レポートを作成し上長へ報告する ・上司からの指示事項への対応 経営層または部門長からの指示・依頼事項を理解し、計画的かつ確実に実行する
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: College or University graduate - Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working in an electronics manufacturing company - Language: Japanese - Conversational Level, equivalent to N3 level - Proficient in office computer skills - Good communication skills with negotiation ability - Careful and meticulous work attitude <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Currently living in Nhon Trach or Long Thanh (priority given to these locations) - Candidates living in Bien Hoa will have shuttle bus service according to established routes ＜必須要件＞ 学歴：短期大学・大学卒業以上 経験：電子機器メーカーでの実務経験2年以上 語学：日本語 日常会話レベル（JLPT N3相当） PCスキル：Microsoft Office（Word、Excelなど）の基本操作ができる方 コミュニケーション力：社内外の関係者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取り、調整・交渉ができる方 人物像：責任感があり、丁寧かつ細やかに業務へ取り組める方 ＜歓迎要件＞ ニョンチャック（Nhon Trach）またはロンタイン（Long Thanh）エリアにお住まいの方（優遇） ビエンホア（Bien Hoa）在住の方は、会社規定ルートの送迎バスをご利用いただけます
