Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Review quality requirements during the product development stage, identify potential issues, and propose effective improvements • Evaluate new materials and new production methods, and assess their suitability for mass production • Conduct verification and testing during the prototyping phase before mass production launch • Perform quality checks and provide improvement guidance across manufacturing processes (materials, cutting, stitching, molding, finishing) • Investigate the root causes of defects and develop and implement measures to prevent recurrence • Lead quality improvement and process optimization activities at production sites • Prepare and update quality standards, inspection guidelines, SOP(Standard Operating Procedures), and related documentation • Communicate with overseas manufacturing partners (China, Indonesia, India, Brazil, etc.) regarding quality matters • Collaborate closely with the company-related departments, headquarters, and overseas sales offices to share quality issues and develop solutions • 製品開発段階における品質要件の確認、課題抽出、改善提案 • 新素材・新工法の評価および量産適性の確認 • 量産移行前の試作段階での検証 • 製造現場（材料・裁断・縫製・成型・仕上げ）の品質チェックおよび改善指導 • 不良発生時の原因究明、再発防止策の立案・実行 • 生産現場における品質改善や工程改善活動の推進 • 品質基準書、検査基準、SOP等の作成・改訂 • 海外生産工場（中国・インドネシア・インド・ブラジル等）との品質面でのコミュニケーション • 会社関連部署、本社および海外販売拠点と密に連携し、品質課題を共有するとともに、解決策を検討・推進する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: Under 35 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in textile engineering, fashion technology, or a related field. ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (JLPT N2 or equivalent) ・Experience: • Work experience at a Japanese company, with involvement in production-floor improvement activities and process standardization. ・IT Skills: • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ・Personal Skills: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively engage in communication with overseas partners • Flexible mindset that values others’ opinions and can derive optimal solutions through dialogue • A hands-on approach, with the ability to calmly analyze issues based on manufacturing processes and material characteristics • Strong attention to detail and the capability to carry out continuous improvement activities to ensure stable product quality <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・English skills are a plus <Working conditions> ・Main office: Viettel Tower, 285 Cách Mạng Tháng Tám, Phường Hòa Hưng, HCMC ・Factory: HCMC, Binh Duong Province, Binh Phuoc Province, etc. (company car available) ・In case of overnight business trip (up to 2 times/month, for up to 2 nights/week), daily allowance and accommodation are covered by the company.
