Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> This position will serve as the overall manager of the quality control and product testing laboratory and will oversee the following tasks: • Comprehensive management of quality-related raw material management, manufacturing site environment, and process quality • In charge of the product testing laboratory, conduct test operation management and result analysis. • Promoting quality improvement activities and recurrence prevention measures based on test results • Educate and guide inspectors - Deep understanding of the correct test method and the meaning of the test - Education about quality problems that may be expected from test results - Continuous guidance to improve quality awareness • Build a stable quality control system by increasing the awareness and work level of inspectors

<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Any ・Gender: Male only ・Age: From 38 years old ・Language: Japanese business level (from N2) ・Experience: - Have working experience in quality control or product testing in the textile industry - Have management experience in manager/ leader position - Can work long term <Ideal candidate> • Having a high sense of responsibility towards quality • Having the ability to promote improvement from a field-specific perspective • Having the ability to train and raise awareness among staff • Can take initiative in a position directly under the General Manager
