Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Product development（from creating product specifications till mass production） 2. Quality control and inspection at manufacturer(s) and supplier(s) factories; 3. Problem analysis and quality improvement of defective products; 4. Visit manufacturer(s) and supplier(s) and discuss issues; 5. Do business trip expenses domestically and abroad as needed; 6. Do any task that is assigned by the General Director, Quality Control Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Language Skills: Japanese - Business Level ・Experience & Skills: - Need skills in quality control and inspection of products; - Have the ability to analyze defective issues and propose quality improvements; - IT competent (office suite, email, internet searching); - Be able to work to deadlines; - Ability to work independently, hard-working with a can-do attitude. - Follow management’s instructions; - Be able to take frequent business trips (nearby province, domestic, and occasional international); - Work well with others. <Preferable> ・Candidates who can speak Chinese and English will be given priority <Expected business trip locations> ・Within Vietnam (nearby provinces such as Dong Nai, Binh Phuoc, etc.) ・Other regions within Vietnam ・Overseas trips
