<Job responsibilities> - Build and operate a quality assurance system (establish inspection standards, technical documents, manage 4M changes in production, etc.) - Prevent quality defects, analyze causes and propose improvement measures - Evaluate suppliers, provide technical guidance and strengthen links with factories - Implement improvement proposals and present to internal departments as well as customers - Handle technical and quality requirements according to customer requirements - Standardize quality & technical systems, train team members
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Gender: Any ・Age: Any ・Language: English - Business level and Japanese - Business level ・Experience: - Have at least 5 years of practical experience in quality assurance/management - Experience in technical coordination, supplier assessment, and inspection - Experience in process improvement at manufacturing plants <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Understanding and experience of chemSHERPA, JIS standards ・Experience in product development or promoting innovation ・Experience in managing work in a multicultural environment <Preferred personality> ・Flexible thinking, proactive in work,open for new changes and knowledge ・Understanding of the general development direction - the company's mission - and empathy with the company's core values.
