<Job Responsibilities>
- Manage quality and respond to quality-related requests from customers.
- Supervise and monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of countermeasures.
- Responsible for establishing quality control processes/documents/plans when developing new products.
- Evaluate the quality of the prototype stage and the formal production stage.
- Create reports on quality improvement and quality monitoring according to weekly/monthly plans.
- Propose improvement methods to improve work quality and reduce lead time.
- Other tasks requested by the manager.

- Member's management
- Training tasks: provide technical education and advice to the team and department staff.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25 ~ 40 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Engineering)
・Language: Japanese - Business Level
- Can communicate with business units in Japan in QC control at the Vietnam factory
・Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in QC at a manufacturing factory.
- Knowledge of measurements related to component manufacturing.
