<Job Responsibilities> - Define the testing process, design test scripts, and execute the testing. - Experience in analyzing specification requirements, developing, performing test cases, and creating testing reports. - Identify and report defects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align quality objectives. - Analyze quality metrics, drive continuous process improvements, and provide detailed reports on testing progress, defect trends, and overall product quality. - Conduct training for team members and act as a mentor and guide for QC engineers on the team. <仕事内容> ・テストプロセスの定義、テストスクリプトの設計およびテストの実行。 ・仕様要件の分析、テストケースの作成・実施、テスト報告書の作成経験。 ・欠陥の特定と報告を行い、品質目標を共有するために各部署と密接に連携。 ・品質指標の分析、継続的なプロセス改善の推進、およびテスト進捗、欠陥傾向、製品全体の品質に関する詳細レポートの作成。 ・チームメンバー向けのトレーニング実施およびQCエンジニアのメンターとして指導。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field; and Relevant technology certifications. ・Language skills: Japanese - Business Level and English - Intermediate level - Japanese: proficiency at N3 level (or higher is preferred), and English Intermediate - spoken, listening, and written. Working experience with Japanese clients will be preferable. ・Experience: - Proven experience in quality control or testing, with at least 3 years in a senior role (experience as a leader is a plus). - Experience in testing with Web Application is desirable - Expertise in testing methodologies and a solid understanding of quality metrics (e.g., test coverage, defect density) and how to apply them. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, SoapUI, JMeter, or similar is preferred. - Experience working with databases; being able to write SQL queries to verify test data and manipulate data (insert, update, delete) as needed. - Having knowledge or experience about embedded devices is a plus. - Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive measures. - Clear and concise communicator with the ability to present testing progress, defect reports, and quality metrics to stakeholders effectively. - Motivation to work for a long period (10 years or more) as a core member of the company.
